Sharpr ("we", "us", "our") operates getsharpr.online. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our Service. The short version: Sharpr requires no registration. We do not collect or store personal information on our servers. The only data stored is in your own browser's local storage.

We do not collect, store, or process: • Your name, email address, or any contact information (unless you subscribe to Pro via Whop) • Your betting history or financial information • Your location data • Any personally identifiable information from free users Sharpr does not require account creation. Free users can generate picks without providing any personal data.

Sharpr stores the following data locally in your browser only: • Language preference (English or Spanish) • Daily generation counter (to enforce the 3 free picks/day limit) • Pro status key (if you are a Pro subscriber) This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers. You can clear it at any time by clearing your browser's local storage or cookies.

If you purchase a Sharpr Pro subscription, your payment and account data is processed and stored by Whop (whop.com), our third-party payment provider. Whop may collect your email address, payment information, and other data necessary to process your subscription. This data is subject to Whop's Privacy Policy (available at whop.com/privacy). Sharpr does not receive or store your payment card information.

To provide the Service, we use the following third-party services: • Anthropic (Claude AI) — AI model that generates parlay picks. Data sent: anonymized game and odds data. No personal data is sent. Privacy policy: anthropic.com/privacy • The Odds API — Provides real-time sports odds data. No user data is shared. • Vercel — Hosts the website. May collect server logs including IP addresses per Vercel's standard practices. Privacy policy: vercel.com/legal/privacy-policy • Whop — Payment processing for Pro subscriptions. Only activated if you subscribe. We do not sell, trade, or rent any user data to third parties.

Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically collects standard server logs, which may include: • IP addresses • Browser type and version • Pages visited and time of visit • Referring URLs This data is used for security monitoring and performance optimization only. It is retained per Vercel's standard retention policy and is not used to identify individual users.

Sharpr itself does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We use only the browser's local storage (described in Section 3) to save your preferences. Our hosting provider (Vercel) may set functional cookies for CDN and security purposes. These are not advertising or tracking cookies.

Sharpr is not intended for use by anyone under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect any information from minors. If you believe a minor has used our Service, please contact us at support@getsharpr.online.

Since we do not store personal data on our servers, there is no data to request, modify, or delete from our systems. Your browser-stored data can be deleted at any time by clearing your browser's local storage. For data held by Whop (Pro subscribers), you may exercise your rights directly through Whop's platform or by contacting Whop at their support channels.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
